Matt white polypropylene (MWPP) self-adhesive labels have a permanent waterproof adhesive and are suitable for use with inkjet printers. Our MWPP labels are popular for applications that need tough and durable waterproof labels that can be printed on with an inkjet printer. Standard inkjet labels are not usually waterproof, as the inks used in inkjet printers are usually water-based. Therefore, the inks will smudge when they get wet. However, matt white polypropylene inkjet labels have a top coating which helps the ink to dry, fixes the print in place, and also acts as a protective barrier.
