Delivery Information

UK Mainland - Free Shipping

Delivery to the UK mainland is included in all prices on our website.

Smaller orders of less than 100 sheets - we aim to dispatch orders the same working day if order placed before 3pm. Smaller orders are posted 1st Class Royal Mail.

Larger orders of 100 sheets or over - All stocked labels will be dispatched within 1 working day and sent by Next Day Courier or Royal Mail 1st Class depending on the weight of the parcel.

All non-stocked or made to order labels will be dispatched between 1 - 10 working days from ordering (depending on the material) and then sent by next day courier.

Each of our label range pages states how long you can expect your labels to be dispatched.

Northern Ireland Delivery
Courier delivery is charged at £18 (£15 + VAT) for a 2 - 3 working day delivery service. Labels dispatched within 1 - 5 working days depending on the label type.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

14 Day Returns Policy

At Cloud Labels we believe that customer care is vital, for this reason we offer a 14 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS POLICY on all items. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products; a refund will be issued.

You will be able to return any unused goods within 14 days of purchase for refund. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. Please contact us prior to returning your goods. We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you receive any items incorrectly please contact us so that we can rectify the problem. 

In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty please contact us and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.
